The women's clothing boutique owned by husband-wife team Kim and Brent Charlet opened its first location in 2010 at 2127 Lohmans Crossing Road, Lakeway. Adorn Boutique has since expanded to four locations, including one within the Hill Country Galleria and one in Westlake. 4. Real estate investment firm Rastegar Property Company announced Dec. 2 it acquired the Espirit office building at 515 S. Capital of Texas Hwy., West Lake Hills. The firm will move its global headquarters to the 29,685-square-foot space, according to a Rastegar press release. Director of Design and Development Hunter Floyd said Rastegar plans to transform the space into one of the most sought-after boutique offices in the Westlake region.
