Japanese food truck Bento & Blaze is slated to open in early August at Fetch Food Park.
The details
According to a representative for the business, the food truck will specialize in Japanese bento boxes featuring items such as grilled teriyaki, chicken katsu or steak, served with steamed rice and other sides. The truck will also serve a rotating selection of classic Japanese finger foods for appetizers.
A grand opening date, operating hours and parking details will be finalized in the coming weeks.
