Hill Country-based resort Horseshoe Bay Resort announced in June plans for a new condominium project on the shores of Lake Lyndon B. Johnson at the center of the resort’s amenity complex.
Nestled between the resort’s yacht club and marina, Waters Lakeside will consist of three buildings that hold a total of 60 luxury condominiums, according to a June 17 news release. Floor plans will feature three bedrooms, large balconies and luxury finishes.
The first of the three buildings is expected to be completed by spring 2022, and the remaining should be finished by summer of the same year.
The Central Texas and Hill Country region has been experiencing record growth, the release stated, and Waters Lakeside has already attracted interest from potential primary and secondary homebuyers. Legacy International Resort Properties, a Lakeway-based real estate company, will manage the marketing and sales of the units. The company has more than 20 years of experience in the sales of resort-style communities, according to the release.
