Bee Cave City Council approved a pre-design package for the northeast parcel of the Village at Spanish Oaks development, consisting of a multifamily residential building at a June 23 meeting.
The background
The Village at Spanish Oaks is a nearly 81-acre planned development district located on the south side of Hwy. 71, near the intersection of RR 620 and Hwy. 71. The development is planned to provide several uses including residential, retail, office, hotel and senior living.
In February, the city approved a measure to allow the development to become a planned development district.
