Census data: Bee Cave population up by 35% since 2014

The city of Bee Cave, much like other areas of western Travis County, continues to see growth in the number of its residents outpace growth statewide. Since 2014, Bee Cave’s population has grown by 35.27% to 6,642 residents, according to U.S. Census data released earlier this month. That compares to population growth of 8.31% across Texas and 12.26% in Travis County.

During that same time period, Bee Cave's median household income has grown 17.68% from $52,576 to $61,874.
