West Lake Hills staff is in the process of evaluating proposals submitted to the city by interested developers regarding a vacant property at 110 Westlake Drive. The deadline to submit plans and offers for the property was 2 p.m. Nov. 20. The city of West Lake Hills received proposals from 12 groups, with land uses including office buildings; home and town house communities; and mixed-use developments.
