Developer Carr Development plans to complete a new office building at 3663 Bee Caves Road, West Lake Hills, by the end of 2016, Carr Development President Scott Carr said.
The 8,000-square-foot building will offer one floor of office space with a 22-space parking garage underneath the structure, architect Allan Nutt said. Four additional parking spaces will be required and located in a surface lot, he said.
The site plan was approved at the Dec. 9 City Council meeting, and the next step is getting a building permit, he said.
“I’m not sure who our tenants are going to be at this point,” Carr said. “Carr Development will more than likely move in, and we will likely lease the rest of the space out.”
