Belmont Village Lakeway is rising along RM 620 at 107 Bella Montagna Circle, just south of Lexus of Lakeway. The four-level tiered facility—three levels and a garden level on a sloping property—is approximately 130,000 square feet and will have 156 private apartments for independent living, assisted living and memory care, company documents showed.
The Mediterranean-style building will offer expansive common areas and signature amenities, including professionally managed wellness and therapy programs, a full-service salon, an outdoor heated swimming pool and a theater.
Residents will enjoy chef-prepared meals; housekeeping and transportation services; enrichment and social activities; award-winning memory programs; and support from a well-trained staff, including a licensed nurse on-site full time.
Belmont Village is spread over 10 acres with a third of the property to be left as impervious cover. The facility will contribute to the 1,198 units of senior housing that is planned or existing in the Lakeway area.
