Austin-based taco chain Torchy’s Tacos will reopen at 4529 Kingwood Drive, Ste. 180, Kingwood on Dec. 18.  The restaurant originally opened May 31 but was closed due to renovations after Hurricane Harvey caused damage. Torchy's is known for its Mexican street food-style tacos. Torchy’s also has a breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. www.torchystacos.com
