Fyzical Therapy & Balance Centers will host a soft opening June 2 for its new Fall Creek location, which is owned by Sean and Nikia Upchurch,

The outpatient physical therapy franchise specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation, neurological therapy, vestibular rehabilitation and balance disorder treatment, Upchurch said via a June 1 email.

In addition to balance therapy—which aims to improve stability, mobility, gait and vestibular function—Fyzical Therapy & Balance Centers offer physical therapy services, including:

  • Post-surgical rehabilitation
  • Sports injury recovery
  • Chronic pain management
  • Neurological rehabilitation
Upchurch said the facility serves patients of all ages with an emphasis on helping older adults maintain mobility and reduce fall risk.
