Construction on a new Mambo Seafood location in Humble is expected to begin on Aug. 17 and wrap up by Dec. 1, per a July 28 TDLR filing.
Per the filing, the new restaurant will be located in an existing 5,900-square-foot building.
Mambo Seafood has 14 locations across the Greater Houston area, and is known for its seafood and fast-casual concept. The eatery offers menu items including its famous Mambo rice, seafood boils, ceviche and fried seafood platters.
