Themed around cowboys and surfers, this Houston-based bar plans to open its second location in Kingwood this summer. Cowboy Surfer's original location at 827 Frostwood Drive features a full bar serving beer, wine and signature cocktails; a kitchen serving Texas-style entrees; and regularly hosts live music and open mic nights.
