Construction on a new MultiSeal location at the intersection of Christopher Way and Phillip Way in New Caney began in August, according to the East Montgomery County Improvement District. MultiSeal was founded in 1981 and manufactures tire sealants for industrial, agricultural and off-road vehicles.
