The Frozen Panda Snowballs & Pops will open its first Texas-based location in Humble on Aug. 16 with a grand opening, owner Drexel Brooks confirmed.
The gist
The shop incorporates Louisiana culture with its New Orleans-style snowballs, which Brooks said consist of a fluffy ice with rich flavors. Menu items also include soft serve and hand-dipped ice cream along with nachos and boudin from Louisiana.
