Here are six businesses that have recently opened in Keller, Roanoke and Northeast Fort Worth.

1. Maple Street Biscuit Co. officially opened its new location at 967 Keller Parkway, Keller, on May 3, according to a spokesperson from the Keller location. The Keller restaurant is open from 7 a.m.-2 p.m. daily. Maple Street Biscuit Co. is known for its “comfort food with a modern twist” and offers a variety of biscuits, waffles and bowls, according to its website. 2. The Gaming Vault officially opened at 12412 Timberland Blvd., Ste. 324, Fort Worth, on April 22, according to a Facebook post. The Gaming Vault buys, sells and trades retro video games, its Facebook page states. The store features video game vaults that can each hold up to six people for group gaming. The Gaming Vault is open from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays and closed Wednesdays, according to its Facebook page. 3. Sullivan Barbecue opened inside Roanoke’s Oak Street Food & Brew food hall April 22. Located at 206 N. Oak St., Sullivan Barbecue smokes its meat “the old fashion way” in pits using only post oak wood for clean smoke to make meat “that is juicy, tender, full of flavor and clean,” according to its website. Owner Terry Sullivan said the restaurant serves classic barbecue, including prime brisket, pork spareribs, turkey, pulled pork and housemade sausage. In addition, all of the restaurant’s sides and pies are made from scratch, including collard greens, cream corn, potato salad, coleslaw, and mac and cheese, as well as pecan, coconut cream, chocolate meringue and key lime pies, he said. The Roanoke location is the barbecue restaurant’s second location. Its original location—called Sullivan Old Town BBQ—is located at 301 S. 4. Golden Triangle Liquor opened April 15 at 5321 Golden Triangle Blvd. in Fort Worth, according to a spokesperson for the liquor store. Golden Triangle Liquor describes itself as a neighborhood liquor store that sells a selection of spirits, wine, beer and cigars, according to its website. 5. Chicken and Watermelon Fool, a Cajun and Creole restaurant, opened inside Roanoke’s Oak Street Food & Brew at 206 N. Oak St., Ste. 100, in March, according to Irene Dancer of Oak Street Food & Brew. The restaurant specializes in Creole fried chicken and grilled watermelon, according to its website. 6. Planet Fitness opened its new Keller location the first week of May at 1610 Keller Parkway, according to a spokesperson with the gym. According to the Planet Fitness website, the Keller location is 24,000 square feet and includes new equipment, fully equipped locker rooms and Black Card Spa amenities. Planet Fitness offers two memberships for users, and both provide free fitness training, the website states.
