New residential neighborhood opens in southwest Keller

A new single-family residential neighborhood opened in March on the northwest corner of North Tarrant Parkway and Rufe Snow Drive in Keller.

Known as Concordia, the neighborhood, by builder Darling Homes, will feature 33 estate-sized homes built on 65-foot home sites.

Homes will range in size from 2,930-3993 square feet and will be priced starting at around $570,000.

Students in the Concordia neighborhood will attend Keller ISD schools.

The neighborhood is located in the 76248 zip code, which had 73 new for-sale listings in February 2020.

The area has also seen a 7.1% increase in median sales price year over year after surpassing $400,000 last month.
