The city of Keller is hosting its “Holly Days” event Dec. 3, which will include performances, food, Santa and much more, according to the event’s Facebook page.
Holly Days will take place at Keller Town Hall, 1100 Bear Creek Parkway, from 6-10 p.m., the page stated. From 6-7 p.m., attendees can watch stage entertainment, browse vendors and food trucks, try out the ice skating rink, and see a small laser show. “The Very Merry Light Parade” will begin at 7 p.m.
Once the parade ends around 7:45 p.m., Santa will be dropped off in front of Keller Town Hall and the big laser show that lights the Christmas tree will begin. The city’s 14th annual “Santa Scurry 5K” will start once the Christmas tree has been lit, the page stated.
The 5K will start at Keller Town Hall and continue through the Bear Creek trail system. Registration for the 5K and youth 5K ends Dec. 3 at 6 p.m., while registration for the virtual 5K ends Dec. 3 at 11:59 p.m., according to the Santa Scurry website.
