Northwest ISD seeks backpack donations for students in need

Northwest ISD is readying to host its annual back-to-school fair at the end of the summer. Before that time, however, the school district is aiming to collect 800 backpacks to give away there.

The details

According to a district Facebook post, residents can help by collecting new backpacks and dropping them off at the NISD administration building—located at 2001 Texan Drive in Justin. Donated backpacks can also be made directly through the district’s Amazon wish list.

The post states that sources for new backpacks include:
