Northwest ISD Reindeer Romp registration now open

Registration for Northwest ISD’s 16th annual Reindeer Romp, which will be held at 2221 Alliance Blvd. in Fort Worth, is now open for the event scheduled for Dec. 9.

According to a district news release, the event benefits Northwest ISD physical education programs and consists of two races:

• 5K run
• 1-mile fun run

The details

The 1-mile fun run begins at 8:30 a.m., while the 5K run begins at 9 a.m. Registration costs $20 per student and $25 per adult. The event website gives the following additional details:

• Price is the same for 1-mile and 5K.
• Participants can enter both runs without additional charge.
• Price increases Oct. 15 at midnight to $25 for students and adults.
• Registration includes a T-shirt.
• All finishers will receive a race medal.
