Northwest ISD is readying to host its annual back-to-school fair at the end of the summer. Before that time, however, the school district is aiming to collect 800 backpacks to give away there.

The details

According to a district news release, residents can help by collecting new backpacks and dropping them off at the temporary Northwest ISD administration building—the former Hatfield Elementary school—located at 2051 Texan Drive in Justin.

Family members

What you need to know

Backpacks can be dropped off between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Thursday, from June 3 through July 25, according to the news release. All NISD offices will be closed July 1-5.
