A Mexican restaurant closed in north Fort Worth after the restaurant received an eviction notice.
The notice was posted on the door at Martha’s Mexican Cocina March 26. The letter stated the restaurant had one day to remove personal property.
According to the letter, a judgment was ruled in favor of Prominent Keller Center, LLC, against Marioni, Inc. and all occupants.
The Tarrant Appraisal District website lists the owners of the Prominent Keller Center as having an address in Camarillo, California.
