The Roanoke City Council approved a permit to allow a new live-work development in Roanoke at the July 26 meeting.
The new development, called Magnolia on Main, is proposed to include 42 residential units, eight live-work units and 6,300 square feet of retail space along Highway 377, according to a meeting document.
The parking plan for Magnolia on Main includes 61 off-street parking spaces: 28 of the spaces will be covered parking spaces, and 33 will be uncovered.
A time frame has yet to be determined for this project.
