SweatHouz, or SWTHZ, will be opening in the Alliance area of Fort Worth.
The business offers private contrast therapy suites, which include an infrared sauna, cold plunge and vitamin C shower all in one private room, said Alliance studio manager Ashleigh Luckie.
Contrast therapy is the practice of alternating between heat and cold, according to its website.
The sessions are 60 minutes and each suite can accommodate up to two people, she said.

Luckie said the business is offering founding memberships and guests can also use HSA or FSA funds for treatment. She added the services are designed for those 18 years or older.
“Our services offer a comprehensive approach to recovery, performance and longevity,” she said.
What else?
This will be the eighth location in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for the company, but only the third spot west of I-35E, joining the Camp Bowie location in Fort Worth and Coppell.
