Pilates instructors lead classes that focus on exercises that build strength and stamina. Franchise owner Shay Werkheiser is a former customer of BODYBAR and now owns the 100th studio.

The bar has eight different beers on tap, while the kitchen dishes out craft burgers, Tex-Mex options and made-from-scratch pasta.

The Vietnamese restaurant’s menu features egg rolls, lettuce wraps, spring rolls, fried wontons, Phở Bò, noodle soups and fried rice dishes with chicken, beef, shrimp and Chinese sausage.

The restaurant offers authentic Chinese cuisine such as stir-fried rice, beef, seafood and pork dishes, as well as gluten-free, vegan and combination plates with beef, chicken and shrimp.

The car wash will offer a drive-thru system with various membership levels for its ceramic-coating washes. There will also be free vacuums available for customers to use.

A sports-themed grooming lounge will offer pedicures, manicures, haircuts and grooming treatments with a backdrop of big-screen televisions.

761 Keller Parkway, Keller
The office treats ear, nose, throat and sinus issues. The practice will open its second location in the Alliance Medical Office, a two-story building under construction.

10750 N. Riverside Drive, Fort Worth
The business offers private contrast therapy suites, which include an infrared sauna, cold plunge and vitamin C shower all in one private room. The sessions are 60 minutes, and each suite can accommodate up to two people.

9833 N. Freeway, Ste. 111, Fort Worth
The store will offer pizza slices and whole pies in six standard flavors and a specialty pizza-of-the-month option from a stand-alone drive-thru window. Groundwork for the location started on Aug. 27.

Relocation
The business sells collectibles and hosts games such as Magic, Pokémon, Warhammer and Dungeons & Dragons. It will move from Fort Worth to a large space in Keller.

In the news
The city of Keller previously announced in December 2025 that Gyro360 would be a tenant in the Keller Commons shopping center. Owner Pete Ahmeti confirmed by email Aug. 18 that he does not plan to open the Mediterranean eatery in Keller anymore.
1637 Keller Parkway, Keller
The arcade was set to close on Aug. 9, but owner Shannon Bell posted on social media that the business will use GoFundMe to help generate $100,000 to stay open. As of Sept. 10, $13,011 has been raised.
