On-Site PC Services, which celebrated its 25th anniversary May 19, has a new name.

Brian Davis and Joe Craven announced the Roanoke-based technology company is now Aligned Technology Partners. The company provides a variety of managed IT services, cybersecurity, backup and recovery, video security and cloud services, according to its website.
The name change was announced July 7.
Craven said the new name is a clear expression of who the company is, what they believe in and where they are going.
“The truth is most businesses do not struggle because of a lack of technology,” Craven said. “They struggle because their systems and their workflows and tools and decisions are not always aligned with the way the business actually operates or where it's trying to go.”
Davis added Aligned Technology Partners will continue to offer proactive services to prevent ransomware attacks and compromised systems.
“We are continually adding new services to stay ahead of the ever-evolving cybersecurity threat landscape and those services are included as part of our model,” Davis said. “Every client receives our best service package, backed by a team of 20 technicians dedicated to their success."
The background
Davis and Craven were students together at Texas Tech and went into the technology field following graduation. Davis founded On-Site PC Services in 2001, according to previous reporting.
The company had offices in Blue Mound and Southlake before moving to Roanoke in 2023. Craven joined the business in 2022.
