Metroport Chamber of Commerce unveils new office space in Roanoke

The Metroport Chamber of Commerce unveiled its new 8,000-square-foot office building on May 6 at 381 W. Byron Nelson Blvd. in Roanoke.

The chamber, which represents the communities of Argyle, Haslet, Justin, Northlake, Roanoke, Trophy Club and Westlake, now offers co-working space, office lease space and conference rooms to chamber members. Chamber staff offices are also housed in the same building.

“I do believe that we need to be able to provide resources for people that want to start a business,” said Sally Aldridge, president of the Metroport Chamber of Commerce.

Available space includes two open co-working spaces, seven fully furnished two-person capacity leasable offices and three conference rooms.

“It's something that we heard a lot from businesses that they were looking for,” Aldridge said.

According to a press release from the chamber, the new space will allow for chamber members to benefit from enhanced organic networking as well as give them access to chamber programs, workshops and social events.

Prices for the co-working space are $50 for a day pass or $150 per month. Small offices are available for $650 a month. Conference rooms start at $25 an hour for the smaller one and $250 per half-day for the larger boardroom.
