A musical instrument store in Keller will be opening a second location.

Keller City Council approved a specific use permit for Houghton Horns to operate an entertainment facility at 137 Hill St. in Old Town Keller during the Oct. 15 meeting. The business is expected to be open by late November.
In city documents, founder Dennis Houghton wrote in a letter to the city council stating that the expansion will help the business grow and hold a classical music concert series at the new building, which formerly was a Lucas Funeral Home.
