Keller City Council approved a specific use permit that will pave the way for Alpha & Omega Chiropractic to relocate.
During the June 16 meeting, council voted to move of the business from 225 S. Elm St. to 121 Lorine St. With the location being in the Old Town Keller zoning district, council members had to approve the operation of a medical office in that zoning area.

Dr. Hannah Traweek said the practice hopes to be in the new location—the former spot of Houghton Horns—by the end of the year.
The practice provides tailored wellness plans, prenatal and maternal chiropractic care, according to its website. According to city documents, Alpha & Omega plans to design the space to be supportive of complementary services that may include massage therapy, lactation consulting and ultrasound services.
A presentation given at the council meeting showed there will be an open adjusting area, a children’s play space, three exam rooms and rooms for massage, lactation and ultrasound.
Traweek is joined at the practice by Dr. Morgan Thompson and Dr. Emily Atkinson. Traweek and Thompson opened the business on June 13, 2022, according to previous Community Impact reporting.
