Rachael’s Hallmark Shop opened a new store Nov. 1 at 850 W. Grand Parkway N., Ste. 150, Katy, inside the Grand Morton Town Center. The retail store sells cards, stationery, ornaments, home decor and fashion accessories. Also known as Rachael’s Gifts, the collection of Hallmark stores includes 14 family-owned and -operated locations across the Greater Houston area.
