The 2020 Houston Restaurants Weeks will run between Aug. 1-Sept. 7, and six Katy-area restaurants have signed on to participate as of July 17.
A portion of the cost of each multicourse, prix-fix meal purchased at a participating restaurant will go to the Houston Food Bank, according to a press release, and $1 generates three meals for individuals and families in need.
Dinner menus at participating restaurants offer $35-$45 options, and brunch and lunch are available for $20, per the release.
Patrons in the past have been encouraged to visit local restaurants in person, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, restaurants can now offer takeout and delivery options in addition to dining in, according to the release.
A full list of the participating restaurants across the Greater Houston area is available online. New restaurants will be added through Aug. 1, the release stated.
