Broadstone Market Station luxury apartments open in Katy area

More luxury apartments are coming to the Katy area.

Broadstone Market Station apartments—located at 24002 Colonial Parkway, Katy—opened Nov. 4, said Ashley Payne, Broadstone Market Station’s business manager.

Once completed, the complex will be home to 329 units, she said. Nine units were occupied as of Nov. 14, she said.

Leasing Consultant Kathryn Rodriguez said as of Nov. 20 the first building was complete as well as some amenities including a 24-hour fitness center and game room for the 10 residents already leasing an apartment.

She added the completion date for the project, which was developed by Alliance Residential Company and Broadstone, is set for summer 2020.

Units range from approximately 680-884 square feet and have quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and private balconies or patios available.

Outdoor community features include a health and wellness center, pool, courtyard and a dog park, according to the Broadstone Market Station website. There are also gathering zones, such as a co-working space and a conference room through the complex.
