1. Harris Street reconstruction
Project: The project aims to improve Harris Street from FM 1093 to Fifth Street.
Update: At an April 21 meeting, Fulshear City Council approved a construction contract with iCON GC LLC for the second phase of the project.
- Timeline: May 7-late January 2027
- Cost: $2.3 million (Phase 2)
- Funding source: Fulshear Development Corps.
2. Lester Reinecker II East Transportation Center access road
Project: The project will replace the current asphalt and concrete roadway with a new concrete pavement and sidewalks.
Update: A construction contract with Stewart Builders was approved April 20.
- Timeline: completion expect in August
- Cost: $1.59 million
- Funding source: November 2023 bond
3. Westheimer Parkway at Mason Road void
Project: Repairs were needed along Westheimer Parkway after a collapsed sewer line caused a void.
Update: The repair was completed in April.
- Timeline: March 10-April 17
- Cost: $1.3 million (estimated)
- Funding source: Cinco Municipal Utility District No. 1
