Project: Huggins Drive will gain a center lane as well as a road extension from its end at Houston Street to FM 359.
The project will also include realigning Houston Street and Dixon Road where they intersect with Huggins Drive.
Update: Fort Bend County officials are working with Kinder-Morgan to resolve pipeline conflicts.
Project: The Second Street project will replace the current asphalt and gravel lot with concrete, bringing 68-78 spots to the northwest corner of Second Street and Avenue A.
Meanwhile, the Municipal Court parking project will expand the lot by 42 spaces and add security measures.
Update: The Second Street lot is 75% complete, while the Municipal Court lot is 30% complete.
Project: The Fort Bend County Toll Road Authority is expanding Westpark Tollway an additional 4 miles, bringing its new end to Charger Way.
Update: The first 2-mile extension of the project opened Feb. 28, more than eight months ahead of schedule
