Camp West
Ages: grades K-7
Dates: June 19-23, June 26-June 30, July 10-14
Cost: $250 (per week with extra fees for early drop-off and late pickup)
Attendees at camp begin each day with high-energy, interactive performances. There are also worship sessions, games and live character skits. Participants engage in various sports activities, including zip lining, enjoying water slides and swimming. Swimming lessons are also offered for an extra $50 fee.

American Robotics Academy
Ages: 6 and older
Dates: June 5-July 14 (9 a.m.-4 p.m.)
Cost: $179- $269
At robotics camp, the staff focuses on team building, problem-solving, creativity and fun. Campers attend a full- or half-day camp and work with Lego bricks, axles, gears, beams, wheels, motors and microcomputers. They learn how to design, build and test remote-controlled miniature robots.

Coder Kids

At Coder Kids, children will learn how to code games, animation projects, music and stories from scratch through fun activities and programs. The goal of the camp is to help kids develop friendships and critical thinking skills.

Cost: $180 (per week)
Nutty Scientists Fort Bend summer camps provide children with a safe environment to explore the wonders of science. Each camp contains a different educational theme. At Camp 1, attendees learn about space science with various activities, including astronaut training, rocket science and rover design. In Camp 2, campers discover smart machines, robotics and simple machines.
