Sterling Oaks Rehabilitation will open an assisted living home in mid-December at 25032 Lakecrest Manor Drive, Katy. The skilled nursing and rehabilitation center will offer both long- and short-term care. The facility will feature 126 beds, roughly 75 private rooms, four wings, two nurses’ stations, a 3,000-square-foot rehab gym, an Internet cafe and Wi-Fi throughout.
