Urban Bricks Pizza Co. will open its second Houston-area location at 23645 I-10, Katy, in the spring. The pizza parlor makes individual and customizable Neapolitan pizzas in a brick oven. Patrons pick their crust, sauce, cheese, toppings and drizzle for their made-to-order pizzas.
