Stacked Ice Cream opened Nov. 8 at 2211 N. Fry Road, Katy. The ice cream shop offers a twist on the ice cream sandwich, using donuts and macarons stuffed with homemade ice cream. Ice cream flavors include Hand Churned Cookie Monster or Cookie Butter flavors.
