Danielle Steel sold Ageless Med Spa, at 414 W. Grand Parkway S., Katy, to an undisclosed silent partner Dec. 21. Steel remains at the business as an employee. As part of the transaction, Dr. James H. Kern was hired as the company’s medical director.
