D’Elegance Salon & Day Spa is under new ownership. The spa, located at 20940 I-10, Katy, has been open for over 28 years. Services include hair and nail care and styling, massage therapy, facial treatments and makeup application. Eyebrow threading will also be introduced to the salon.
