Los Cucos Mexican Restaurant reopened Sept. 18 at 5831 Highway Blvd., Katy, after suffering damage from flooding associated with Tropical Storm Harvey. The restaurant was able to respond quickly because it was already scheduled to be redesigned, and Harvey simply expedited that process, General Manager Manuel Rodriguez said.
