The city of Katy will add a police and emergency medical services substation within the Texas Heritage Marketplace development to help reduce response time to the west side of the city, At-Large council member Chris Harris said.
The $400 million development, located at the southeast corner of Texas Heritage Parkway and I-10, is anticipated to have more than 1 million square feet of retail, restaurants, medical office space and self-storage, Community Impact reported.
