The Oaks Restaurant & Bar is bringing its “elevated American cuisine” to Katy this spring, co-owner Juliet Comer said.

As they prepare to open, The Oaks has been getting feedback from the public via social media on how to design the restaurant and input on what should be on the menu.
“We really want the restaurant to be the place where everyone feels included and like they were part of creating it,” Comer said.
