Qatra Specialty Coffee will replace the former Starbucks on Westheimer Parkway in Katy, owner Basel Aldabyani confirmed.
The setup
The coffee shop focuses on four core values when it serves its Yemeni coffee: quality, sustainability, community and innovation, according to its website.
Aldabyani said Qatra is a specialty coffee program complete with espresso, matcha, pour-overs and other drinks. The business will also offer what Aldabyani describes as a “tight, well-thought-out” sandwich menu.
