After its temporary relocation in February, Mama’s Texas Smokehouse made a return to Katy from Houston food hall Lyric Market.

Parked near The Home Depot located along I-10 and Fry Road, the food truck serves smoked meats such as brisket, sausage and pulled pork that’s accompanied by its signature barbecue sauce. Often featured on the menu is Mama’s loaded baked potato, stuffed with the customer’s choice of meat, cheese, chives and sour cream.
