Legends Coffee & Cafe will open March 1 at 25707 Westheimer Parkway, Katy, according to a press release. Owned by Steve and Mickie Blackmon and their daughter Teahra, the eatery will offer live music from local artists in addition to food and drink. Mickie’s sister Elizabeth Duncan, a chef at Memorial Hermann Hospital, is overseeing the kitchen and crafted the menu, which includes sandwiches, paninis, flatbreads, soups, salads and breakfast tacos.
