Gelato & Co. Cremeria Italiana held a grand opening Jan. 15 inside LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch at 23501 Cinco Ranch Blvd., Ste. E100, Katy, according to a press release. The shop offers pastries and handcrafted gelato.
