Officials break ground on 23-acre Fulshear Central

Texas-based architecture and interiors firm Kirksey Architecture officially broke ground on a new 23-acre mixed-use development known as Fulshear Central July 25, officials announced in a news release.

The development will be managed by Janapriya Upscale, a privately-owned real estate firm.

The overview

The pedestrian-oriented development, which is located on the south side of FM 1093 and the north side of McKinnon Road, will feature retail and office buildings, a lake, a green area and a coffee or ice cream shop, per the release.
