Between 2,300 and 2,400 square feet of medical office space is coming to North Mason Road, a growing area of new Katy construction. Two buildings owned by the company Deen Dayal are eyeing a first quarter 2018 timeline to end construction, according to company partner Hiten Beland. The site does not have a formal name as of yet, but it will total 10 suites and is located on the east side of North Mason Road between Katybriar and Morton Chase lanes. Three tenants have signed on, including an MRI imaging office, a physical therapy practice and a rheumatologist’s office, Beland said. According to Beland, several complications delayed construction by at least six months. As a result, he was unsure when the signed tenants would likely open.
