Membership-based warehouse Sam’s Club has filed preliminary site plans within the incoming $400 million Texas Heritage Marketplace development, city of Katy officials confirmed in an email.
The development, which broke ground in January, is located at the southeast corner of I-10 and Texas Heritage Parkway.

Sam’s Club—which offers bulk groceries, household items and furniture—has filed a permit for a 167,990-square-foot warehouse, according to documents from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The project is projected to start Aug. 4 with completion slated for July 26, 2026.
