Portions of the Tomball Tollway, the tolled portion of Hwy. 249, will be closed nightly between 9 p.m.-5 a.m. Dec. 27-30, Community Impact Newspaper previously reported. The northbound and southbound lanes of the tollway between Boudreaux Road and the Grand Parkway will be closed during that period.

The northbound entrance at Northpointe Boulevard will be closed and southbound drivers will need to exit the tollway at the Grand Parkway.

The closures were not in effect Dec. 23-26. The closures are part of the ongoing project to add four direct connectors between Hwy. 249 and the Grand Parkway, according to Community Impact Newspaper reporting.

The same closures will be in effect after the New Year holiday and throughout January between Jan. 4-Feb. 1, according to the Harris County Toll Road Authority.
